Who we are
Fructus Terræ is a wine importer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is responsible for the personal data collected on this site. Contact: distro@fructus-terrae.com.
What data we collect
- Enquiry form: name, company, email, phone, type of business, interest and message.
- News: your email, if you subscribe.
- Age check: we store in your browser that you confirmed you are over 18, so we don’t ask again.
We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking tools.
How we use it
To answer your enquiries, send you price lists, technical sheets and availability and, if you subscribed, tell you about new arrivals. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
Third-party services
To work, the site uses external providers that may process technical data (such as your IP address) under their own policies:
- Hostinger Reach, for the mailing list.
- OpenStreetMap, for the maps.
- Google Fonts, jsDelivr and unpkg, for fonts and libraries.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while we have a business relationship or until you ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email.
Your rights
Under Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law 25.326, you can access, correct, update or request deletion of your data by writing to distro@fructus-terrae.com. We will reply within the legal deadlines (10 calendar days for access; 5 business days for correction or deletion).
The Agency for Access to Public Information, the supervisory authority under Law 25.326, is empowered to handle complaints regarding breaches of personal data protection rules.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
