White from Taganana, mainly from the Chavarría area: vines 50 to 150 years old with Canarian varieties, on basalt. No malolactic or sulphur during ageing: vibrant, sharp, saline and of great purity.

Chavarría and other areas of Taganana, Anaga massif, Tenerife. Soil: Basalt, shallow and variable. Altitude: 200 to 400 m.
