A blend of plots in Taganana, in the Anaga massif: vines 50 to 150 years old creeping untrained over steep slopes, on Tenerife's oldest basalts. Pumice, black pepper and dried roses, with the salt of the nearby sea. Concentrated, deep and fine.

Taganana, Anaga massif, Tenerife. Soil: Ancient, heavily eroded basalt. Altitude: 75 to 400 m.
